About the Role

A highly motivated Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice is required to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality general nursing care to patients and working collaboratively with the practice team to achieve shared goals.

The key duties of this role include implementing patient management processes, providing health promotion and chronic disease management, and supporting the practice partners and clinical team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to document consultations according to NMC guidelines.

This is a great opportunity for a nursing professional to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with modern premises and 5 consulting rooms. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
