Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Support office management, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
