The Brook Street UK Careers team is seeking a skilled Financial and Administrative Assistant to support the Finance Manager with various financial and administrative tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience in finance, office management, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Perform data entry for financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank and petty cash accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage personnel files and respond to telephone inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and arrange refreshments for meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting or finance (2 years).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- AAT Level 3 certification required.
