Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Planning Coordinator for our Wales office. The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of our regional engagement strategy. You will work closely with our central stakeholder engagement team and regional colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate engagement with stakeholders within the region and NESO colleagues
* Ensure regional stakeholders and their views are captured in our CRM system and engagement materials
* Design and support workshops and engagement activity with the Regional Strategic Board and working groups
* Draft clear reports and slide packs relating to stakeholder engagement

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience of working with complex organisations, and a strong understanding of the energy sector.
