About the Role
At Stoneacre Motor Group, we are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a key part in the relationship management between the dealership, customer, and manufacturer. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional administrative support and the highest level of customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking claims submitted by the sites.
- Submitting Warranty to the required manufacturer standards.
- Ensuring the submission of all invoiced jobs and assisting the Accounts department in the reconciliation of the Warranty payments.
Requirements
- Experience working within the motor industry.
- Previous administration experience.
- Ability to work within specified guidelines.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
