We Manage Jobs is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join our team in Adult Learning Disability - South Staffordshire.
About the RoleThis is a diverse and challenging role that requires a strong commitment to supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Main Responsibilities- Support and supervise a team of Social Workers and Senior Practitioners.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to support adults with learning disabilities achieve their goals.
- Conduct assessments, reviews, and case management to ensure that adults with learning disabilities receive the necessary support to live independently.
This is a rewarding role that requires a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities. If you have a proven track record of delivering person-centred services and are committed to improving outcomes, we would like to hear from you.
The Ideal CandidateYou will need a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or other social work qualification certified by Social Work England.
A salary of approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum is available for this position.
