We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paramedic to join our team at Rural Warwickshire North Primary Care Network (PCN). As a Paramedic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our network.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide patient care and support
- Advise patients on general healthcare and promote self-management
- Perform specialist health checks and reviews within your scope of practice
- Support the delivery of anticipatory care plans and lead certain services
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Degree in Paramedic Science or equivalent
- Professional registration with HCPC and no current issues under investigation
- Driving Licence
- Experience of working in a primary care setting
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
