Job Title: Wake Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at our residential service in Deal. As a Wake Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Teach new life skills and encourage participation in activities
  • Support individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment
