Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Strategy

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Quality Team, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

Data Quality and Improvement

Develop and implement data quality and improvement strategies, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and meets the needs of our stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that our services are constantly improving and meeting the needs of our patients and stakeholders.

Training and Development

Provide training and development opportunities to staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.

Communication and Collaboration

Act as a key liaison between the Quality Team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Data Quality and Improvement Expertise
