Job Title: Claims Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to join our team at Trinity Claims. As a Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims handlers and ensuring that they provide world-class claims handling and management services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of claims handlers to ensure that they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims handling team.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the claims handling process is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their skills and career.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in a claims handling team or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve the claims handling process.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and standards.
