Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for properties in London South
  • Conduct property valuations and provide accurate pricing recommendations
  • Create detailed property listings, including compelling descriptions and high-quality photographs
  • Market and promote properties to attract potential buyers
  • Manage buyer enquiries and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth closing processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or property management
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
