- Lead the care team with kindness and compassion, taking accountability for all aspects of the home.
- Develop and implement effective practice to support individuals to have the best possible quality of life.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a skilled and motivated team.
- Manage budgets, rotas, and other aspects of the home, ensuring a smooth operation.
