The estimated hourly rate for this role is £12.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming participants and explaining the phlebotomy procedure in a clear and concise manner.
  • Managing clerical tasks, including appointment bookings and stock levels.
  • Collecting and processing venous blood samples from participants.
  • Supporting patients and customers at the healthcare counter, offering advice on products and services.
  • Completing an NVQ2 Healthcare training programme to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Desirable: Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or similar role.
  • Possess a genuine interest in healthcare and customer care.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
