Learning & Development Advisor

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Advisor to join a progressive law firm in Birmingham. As the central point of contact for all L&D related requests, you will be responsible for coordinating, administering, sourcing, and delivering L&D activities, ensuring the development and maintenance of L&D systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with L&D providers
  • Coordinate internal professional development programs, including leadership development
  • Identify and design learning activities to support training requirements
  • Deliver internal and external training courses, with a focus on IT systems
  • Oversee and deliver the induction process for new joiners
  • Collate and evaluate training program feedback
  • Manage professional subscriptions
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
  • Proven ability to design and deliver internal training
  • Strong training delivery and presentation skills
  • Experience in producing training videos
  • Experience in delivering induction programs
  • Skilled in delivering training on IT systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Able to work well to deadlines and balance competing priorities
  • Understanding of GDPR and its impact on the L&D process
