Job Description

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Asset Care Maintenance Specialist to join our Engineering Team at the Brackley site.

This role will involve working in a fast-paced FMCG factory environment with a focus on engineering responsibility for an area within the operational environment as the Asset Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Asset Manager responsible for all equipment in an area
  • Maintain a high level of reliability and availability of factory equipment through planned maintenance regimes
  • Analyse equipment efficiency and downtime to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Raise Planned Maintenance or reactive maintenance jobs for respective areas
  • Review completed job sheets in respective areas
  • Produce downtime data for weekly meetings
  • Lead installation and capital projects
  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Self-motivated attitude with ability to multi-task in a timeline-driven environment
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Good IT ability
