Job Summary:
Consortium Professional Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group R&D Director to lead our company's research and development efforts. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and product development across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for R&D, driving engineering and product innovation through our established department with strong technical leadership in place.
- Take a strategic view towards embedding best practice within the R&D departments and the broader business R&D processes, facilitating strong links with parent company operations as appropriate.
- Steer the R&D function to deliver agreed technology programmes on time, within budget, and to specification, in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
