Affordable Housing Project Coordinator - Growth Team

We are a dynamic and innovative housing association committed to delivering high-quality homes and services to our customers. The Affordable Housing Project Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Growth Team.

About the Job:

This position will involve coordinating the identification and progression of new growth opportunities for CHP, working closely with developers, landowners, and other stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Collate and review new scheme data onto Homes England's information management system.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to deliver new affordable homes.
Requirements:
  • Good standard of education to GCSE/O level or equivalent.
  • At least one year's experience in residential property development.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook).
