About the Role

Mind BLMK is seeking a skilled Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health crises in Houghton Regis and Central Bedfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver crisis-focused 1:1 sessions to individuals in need, ensuring outcomes that support their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Assess needs and suitability for the service, undertaking 1:1 sessions and providing clarity on services and pathways available in the area.
  • Contribute to maintaining an effective volunteer workforce for the service, in line with Mind BLMK's HR policies and procedures.
  • Carry out cash handling, health and safety, and data collection responsibilities as directed by the Team Leader.
