We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our luxury care home, providing top-notch care for the elderly.
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, and managing budgets and financial plans.
The ideal candidate will have a nursing qualification, background working in the luxury care home market, and at least 3 years of management experience in a similar setting. A track record of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings is also essential.
