About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Nurse Bank as a Band 5 Children's Community Nurse. As a Paediatric Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and their families.

Main Duties
  1. Deliver patient-focused care in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, maintaining accurate written records.
  3. Foster positive relationships between all staff involved in patient care.
  4. Comply with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct.
  5. Maintain awareness of infection control policies and procedures.
