Quality Assurance Manager

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of quality systems and processes. As a Chief Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of quality personnel to drive performance and improve quality processes.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry and customer-specific quality registration schemes.
- Analyze quality metrics and identify areas for improvement to recommend action plans to close gaps at an operational level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality assurance training programs.
- Participate in product development and launch activities to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Develop and implement inspection and test plans, standards, and procedures to ensure product quality.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience in quality management and process improvement.
- Knowledge of quality system requirements, including ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards.
- Experience with lean manufacturing techniques, pFMEA, and control plans.
- Ability to analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
