Account Manager Role

At Team ITG, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our client Pret a Manger, working closely with the team to deliver projects and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage BAU projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Oversee finance, POs, and tracking for all projects, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Optimize buying and selling strategies to maximize profit and loss on the account.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, and key client communications are maintained throughout each project.
  • Utilize internal marketing tech solutions to manage projects efficiently.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in an agency or client services background, with a proven track record of delivering projects.
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and support the team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with Excel and SharePoint is a plus.
