Quality Monitoring and Risk Officer

Location: Solihull

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 plus bonus and benefits

CBC Resourcing Solutions is proud to partner with a very successful bank specializing in motor and asset finance, leading facilities for the truck, trailer, bus, coach, and specialist vehicles sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing independent pre-completion quality monitoring assessments, committed to reducing risk and improving the customer journey in line with regulation, industry codes, and business requirements. Responsibilities include undertaking account level reviews, thematic reviews, customer journey reviews, and telephone call monitoring to ensure processes are followed to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular quality and compliance assessments and maintain appropriate records of competency for Motor Finance staff.
  2. Efficiently compile and record audit results and analysis to facilitate the production of monthly management information.
  3. Deliver constructive feedback on quality monitoring to promote a standard of excellence in all aspects of Motor Finance activity.
  4. Highlight any risks identified while carrying out reviews immediately to the line manager.
  5. Assist with the development and delivery of robust quality monitoring processes where the customer journey is at the heart of everything we do.
Requirements

Experience and understanding of compliance and regulatory standards within a Motor Finance or Financial Services background would be advantageous.
