As a key member of our service delivery function, you will be responsible for managing the operational activities of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational activities of our facilities, including the planning and coordination of maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our customers
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the nuclear industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety and environmental protection

Salary Range

£37,860 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
