Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our team at Invision Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the management of site staff, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of up to £250 (PAYE or CIS Umbrella).
  • A minimum contract duration of 3 months.
