Project Overview:

The project involves a comprehensive refurbishment of a warehouse, including roof works and internal refurbishment. As the Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the project is delivered successfully.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support a team of subcontractors and on-site personnel to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets our strict quality standards.
  • Health & Safety: Champion a culture of safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
