About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QSHE Manager to join our team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HSE management and be passionate about promoting a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert advice on HSE matters to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • To develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures that align with company objectives.
  • To conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
  • To contribute to the development of training programs for employees on HSE best practices.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field such as Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of HSE success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant HSE laws and regulations.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including:

  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Bonus scheme.
  • Pension plan.

Location:

This is a full-time position based in Liverpool, commutable from surrounding areas such as Warrington, St Helens, Kirkby, Bootle, Ellesmere Port, and Southport.
