Job Title: Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager at ION Group, you will play a key role in supporting our EMEA Commodities Account Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact between ION and select clients, working closely with Account Managers to drive revenue growth and protect existing revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers at key accounts through involvement in meetings, creation of escalation packs, and other tasks to drive revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate add-on sales and services revenue.
  • Assist in the accuracy of invoicing and debt collection in conjunction with the sales support organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Professional Services and Corporate Sales, to create commercial proposals and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related IT field.
  • Experience in Commodities, Account Management, or sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and use CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Additional languages are an asset.
