Job Description

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking an experienced senior property manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with high-end residential properties in central London.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of luxury apartments in prime central London locations.
  • Overseeing maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Developing and managing budgets, preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with investors and private clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant professional qualifications in property management.
  • Good knowledge of building maintenance and property law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
