Asset Management Opportunity

Cobalt Recruitment is working with a prominent Global Real Estate Investment and Development firm to find a skilled Asset Management Associate for their Central London office.

The successful candidate will lead and report on day-to-day asset management activities, including implementing asset management plans, interacting with property managers, tenants, and facilitating data analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of Real Estate systems, such as Argus, Yardi, VTS, and Hyperion.

About the Firm

The firm is a Global Real Estate Investment and Development company with a presence in Central London. They have a diverse portfolio of Prime Offices and mixed-use Retail properties.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years of experience in business, real estate, engineering, or property management.
  • Prior experience in property management or project management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

What We Offer

  • Salary: up to £70,000 - £75,000 per annum + 20% bonus.
