Job Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes to enhance throughput and reduce costs, particularly within Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, utilize your technical expertise to implement continuous improvement strategies in manufacturing, and oversee process control and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in electronic manufacturing, with a focus on PCB and SMT production. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in high-quality manufacturing. A hands-on approach and experience in implementing process improvements are also essential. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in electronic manufacturing is required.
