Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exams Administrator to join our team at Serco. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering examinations and quality assurance practices for the education and training department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer examinations and quality assurance practices
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
- Collaborate with education staff to develop and implement new ways of working and streamline practices
- Keep up to date with national developments in curriculum and awarding body requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely records are maintained
- Adhere to Data Protection and Security at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience of working in an environment that demands strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to work as a team member, forming excellent relationships
- Experience of a custodial environment would be an advantage
- Excellent IT, written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivate and able to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people
