Pharmacovigilance and Scientific Information Director

RBW Consulting, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Scientific Information (SI) Director to join their Scientific Affairs team and lead the way in ensuring the highest standards of safety and information management.
Your Impactful Role
As the PV and SI Director, you will be at the heart of commitment to safety and excellence. You will:
- Lead Strategy Development: Drive the development and implementation of PV and SI strategies, processes, and platforms, ensuring that they align with both regulatory requirements and the company's global standards.
- Act as the National Contact Person for PV: Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, maintaining oversight of all PV cases, ensuring compliance, and leading the PV system master file.
- Manage and Mentor: Oversee a team of professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance, while managing resources to ensure the accurate and timely processing of safety information.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality: Maintain and improve PV and SI processes, ensuring they are always audit-ready and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with our Global Pharmacovigilance and Medical Affairs teams to ensure that local activities support and enhance global initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- Expertise: A life science degree or qualification as a Health Professional, with 5-10 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Leadership Skills: Previous line management experience and the ability to inspire and develop your team.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and GxP standards.
- Communication Skills: The ability to represent the company with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, healthcare professionals, and industry bodies.
