Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Think Accountancy and Finance. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, including Accounts Payable and Database administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Financial Support: Assist the marketing team with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Database Management: Maintain a large database of marketing activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Financial Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of key client spends, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Accruals and Reconciliation: Create necessary accruals and reconcile budgets of key partners to the database.
  • Supplier Invoicing: Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding.
  • Financial Controller Support: Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and administrative roles.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, high levels of motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Education: AAT or equivalent qualification.
