Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their business objectives and provide value-added solutions.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, needs, and concerns.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
  • Account Growth and Upselling:
    • Manage existing client accounts to ensure their needs are consistently met.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in sales or account management.
  • GCSE including Maths (4/C).
  • Previous sales experience.
