This role involves assisting customers with commercial vehicle parts enquiries, providing excellent customer service and technical advice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders efficiently and maintain regular communication regarding updates.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to update customers on their orders.
  • Develop and grow customer accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships.
