We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Canterbury, with the opportunity to travel across our Loughton and Lincoln contact centres as required.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our quality assurance process, ensuring that our customer service representatives receive the best possible training and support. You will be responsible for onboarding new starters, providing training on systems and processes, and auditing customer calls to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new starters
  • Provide training and guidance on systems and processes to ensure seamless operations
  • Audit and review customer calls to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure robust action plans are in place and carried out
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of organising a high volume workload without day-to-day supervision
  • Excellent IT skills and a willingness to develop knowledge in new technologies
  • Strong data analytical skills to drive business improvement
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management teams
