Lettings Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at our Surbiton office. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our lettings business, working closely with our sales team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop our lettings business, including valuations, instructions, and customer relationships
- Lead and motivate a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales and lettings targets
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales and lettings performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Knowledge of the local property market and surrounding area
- Full UK driving license
