Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend valuations and negotiate prices with landlords to secure new lettings.
  • Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Negotiator or Lettings Manager.
  • ARLA Qualified (preferred but not essential).
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Hard-working with the desire and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Focused on leading and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.

What We Offer:

  • Up to £31,000 Basic.
  • Realistic OTE £50,000.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 6.00 pm.
  • Successful candidates are required to work 1 in 10 Saturdays from 9.00 am – 4.00 pm in accordance with the team rota.
