Job Description:
As a key member of the EFL communications team, the Academic Content Manager will play a crucial role in driving the club's digital media efforts. This hands-on role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with our fans, partners, and community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging digital content that aligns with the club's vision and values.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies.
• Utilize excellent writing and editing skills to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
• Leverage innovative content creation, platform management, and digital analytics to drive engagement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in communications, focusing on social media management and digital campaigns.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid and organic social media strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital communications tools, including CMS, social media management platforms, and analytics software.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
