About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team on a weekend-only basis. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the site and sales complex are maintained to a high standard
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers
  • Guide customers through show homes and stock plots
  • Ensure customer safety and awareness of Bellway's Health and Safety Policy
  • Maintain accurate records using Bellway's CRM system
  • Liaise with customers, solicitors, and financial advisers
  • Arrange home demonstrations and handovers
  • Assist customers with defects or customer care issues
  • Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site Meetings

Requirements:

  • Experience in a face-to-face sales environment
  • Desirable: experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
  • Effective negotiation and sales skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT literate and adaptable to new systems
