We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Smyths Toys. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Contribute to achieving daily sales targets and store objectives.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, well-presented, and meets the highest standards of visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, particularly in the toy or gaming sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and achieving store objectives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and contribute to the success of the store.
