Key Responsibilities:

  2. Assist with designing and implementing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  3. Manage new member marketing journey to increase member engagement.
  4. Monitor new member satisfaction and engagement, assisting with campaigns to improve membership experience.
  5. Update and monitor the website, reviewing content and making recommendations for improvements.
  6. Create engaging blog content aligned with the marketing plan.
  7. Manage monthly Members Update and other member communications, monitoring performance and implementing changes.
  8. Manage social media channels to increase member engagement.
  9. Analyse membership trends to identify future opportunities.
  10. Prepare sales pitches to present to potential partners.
  11. Deliver wellbeing events to raise awareness of products and services and increase membership.
  12. Develop promotional literature, working closely with designers and printers.
  13. Report on website performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C or above, including English.
  2. Ideally a degree in management, marketing, business or a similar field, or at least 3 years in a similar role.
  3. Excellent attention to detail, time, planning, and management skills.
  4. Excellent IT skills.
  5. The desire to provide outstanding services to members.
  6. A willingness to learn.

Working Hours and Salary:

We are offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on a 35-hour week with flexibility for travel and evening meetings. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently but also as part of a team.
