We are seeking a skilled Retail Marketing Manager to drive strong omni-channel visibility for our brands within retail and e-tail environments across Europe.

  • This role will involve partnering with Retail Partners to develop plans for visibility in-store, online, and across customer outreach channels.
  • The successful candidate will support sales strategy for our brands in Retail with yearly merchandising development plans.
  • Create and implement displays and merchandising solutions in key retail partners across key markets.

As a key member of the Retail Experience Team, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute market-leading channel activations that support overall sales goals.

  • Partner management with key retailers and wholesale partners in European territories.
  • Develop strong online and offline brand presence with each of the retailers.
  • Build annual Retail Marketing plans, supporting releases with each of the partners.
  • Drive demo/assisted selling programmes and staff education in direct retail partners.
  • Manage online listings for all ranged products and execute continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Cross-functional mindset to share creative output across other developing channels.

About You

  • Strong Retail Marketing experience is essential for this role.
  • Ideally a background in Gaming/Video Games/Entertainment would be beneficial.
  • Go to market experience, especially in Mass retail, is highly valued.
  • A track record of marketing excellence and building partnerships is expected.
  • Strong creative judgement and eye for detail is crucial for success.
  • Project Management: Outstanding execution and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ideally a background in Gaming/Video Games/Entertainment would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English is essential, and French or Danish would be an advantage.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
