We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our bank team at HMP Highpoint, a Category C men's prison in Suffolk. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with complex and chronic presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including diabetic patients, wound management, MSK pathologies, and nail surgery.
- Determine clinical diagnosis and treatment, and maintain accurate records as an autonomous practitioner.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and promote best practice.
- Contribute to the development of the healthcare team and promote a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.
- HCPC registration as a Podiatrist.
- Post-registration experience assessing and treating a range of conditions, including diabetic patients, wound management, MSK pathologies, and nail surgery.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
