Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients within the offender healthcare setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding evidence-based care, listening and acting on patient feedback to ensure care is personalized and informed by what matters to patients.
  • Implement non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
  • Inspire excellence in your colleagues by being proactive in the management of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions and motivating the wider team to identify patients at high risk.
  • Forge strong working relationships with the Practice Plus Group healthcare team and the wider Health in Justice Service.
  • Promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of reflection and shared learning.
  • Share knowledge, skills, and expertise to ensure safe care, supporting your clinical and non-clinical colleagues to do a great job.

Requirements

  • Experienced HCPC registered Podiatrist with MSK assessment experience.
  • Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner and be responsible for your own caseload and waiting list.
