We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Media Technologist. As a Broadcast Technical Operator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality content to our audiences.


In this role, you will be responsible for operating broadcast equipment, managing floors, and ensuring seamless production processes. You will work closely with experienced professionals and develop expertise in camera operations, floor management, TV vision mixing, sound operations, and more.


To succeed in this position, you must be able to work calmly under pressure, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable. The salary for this role is £26,858 per annum (£25.77 per hour).

Requirements

  • Be aged 18 or over when the apprenticeship starts
  • Have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for a minimum of 3 years
  • Be eligible to work in Jersey full-time
  • Have Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C or above or National 5 (Scotland) at C or equivalent qualification
