Job Overview:
We are seeking an Inventory and Warranty Controller to join our team at Morson Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and coordinating with fleets to ensure timely return of warranty failed products. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve claims and manage inventory levels effectively.

About the Role:
As an Inventory and Warranty Controller, you will be responsible for delivering order books and prioritization for replenishment and repairable parts. You will work closely with the inventory specialist to ensure delivery in compliance with planning and optimized inventory levels. Developing a relationship with the customer is crucial to providing a stable foundation for future business opportunities. Minimizing commercial risk and liability through direct product returns and rejections with suppliers is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warranty returns administration process to ensure timely return of warranty failed products
- Develop order books and prioritize replenishment and repairable parts
- Ensure delivery in compliance with planning and optimized inventory levels
- Communicate health and safety responsibilities to your team and implement agreed changes

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in inventory management or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with IT systems and software preferred

Estimated salary: £82,000 per annum.
