Job Title: Special Needs Teaching Assistant for Reception Class

We are seeking an experienced and qualified teaching assistant to support children with additional needs in a 3-form entry primary school in the heart of Ealing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide dedicated support to 2 children with additional needs, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon
* Work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
* Assist with lesson planning and preparation, including adapting materials to meet the needs of children with disabilities
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Requirements:

* Qualified teaching assistant with experience working with children with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS disclosure
