Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Volunteer Coach Assistant to support our head coach in delivering programs and events. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the head coach in program delivery, ensuring smooth execution and maximum participant engagement.
- Providing technical and tactical support to participants, helping them to improve their skills and performance.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong background in roller sports, with a deep understanding of technical and tactical aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of positively impacting participants through effective coaching and leadership.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location. Additionally, you will receive:
